Refund/ Retum Policy

At MyStyleLive, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help with a straightforward return and refund process.

Returns

  • You may return most unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

  • To start a return, please contact our customer service team at mystylelive01@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process and provide a return shipping address.

Please note the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as "Sale" or "Clearance"

  • Accessories and undergarments for hygiene reasons

  • Products that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original product for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Intimate apparel or swimwear (if hygiene seal is broken)

  • Gift cards (where applicable)

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
