All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed. Please note that processing may take slightly longer during new collection launches or promotional periods.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Once your order leaves our warehouse, estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days

• Express Shipping: 5–7 business days

• Priority Shipping: 3–5 business days

These times are estimates only and do not include processing time. Delivery may be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery address and the selected shipping method. The exact cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $100 USD.
